The story begins when a mother of three who has a passion in searching for good quality, simple yet stylish clothing for her children decided to make these products offered in the market herself. Founded in 2007, Kiddo4U opened its first store in the heart of Kuala Lumpur offering high quality merchandise for children ages newborn to twelve years old.

At present, you could find Kiddo4U at most major department stores in Kuala Lumpur i.e. Parkson Department Store, the Megamall, the Carrefour Hypermarket, and the Jusco Hypermarket. Kiddo4U.com is our new on-line shop that provides you with an alternative way of hassle-free and convenient shopping at your own homes. Whether it would be for personal uses or special gifts, we are here to make your shopping experience as easy and as fun as possible! Also, in our website we are offering free mp3 kindergarten rhyme, storytelling, video clips and tips for parenting as well as schooling tips for kids for instance.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order from kiddo4u.com for refund or exchange. Returns postmarked within fourteen days of the purchase date will be refunded or exchanged. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags intact. Please note that refund will be after any promotional discounts received at the time of purchase as well as shipping costs and will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Sale items and personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. Returns for a full refund can only be made through the mail while exchanges can be either sent by mail or made at any Kiddo4U shop in Kuala Lumpur (see details below).

When mailing in return, we recommend that you send it registered mail because we could only do exchange or credit you for the items received back in our warehouse. The packing slip must be enclosed in the box indicating which item you are returning as well as the “reason code.” The shipping costs for mailing in returns must be prepaid. We will only refund shipping charges if the return/exchange was the result of our error.

In case of exchanges, once we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse, we will email you the coupon code for the value of your original purchase (deducting any promotional discounts and shipping costs). This coupon code is for use as a credit when you reorder your preferred merchandise at Kiddo4U.com. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order to you.

Exchanges at Kiddo4U Shop

Exchanges can be either sent by mail or made at any Kiddo4U shop at Children's Apparel Department at following department stores in Kuala Lumpur: Parkson Departmental Store, the Megamall, the Carrefour Hypermarket, and the Jaya Jusco Mall. When exchanging the merchandise at any of our shops, simply bring with you your receipt as well as packing slip. Our shop assistance will be happy to assist you with the exchange. In the case that an additional payment is required, the payment could be made by cash or credit card at the department store. Please note that there would be no refund if the exchange is made with the merchandise of lower value.
